This tea is a wonderful blend of things for winding down the day although I love it in the afternoon as well. It’s become a new favorite. 🤩

I received a sample of Nighttime Routine and loved it. Not only does it taste delicious with chamomile, lavender, lemon and spearmint, it relaxes me and eases me off to sleep. I love buying the pouch of 100 compostable sachets in a recyclable pouch at a great price which encourages me to share with friends. I’ll always have this lovely tea ready to go.

The bedtime bliss tea is pure perfection for a calming tea. It has so much more flavor than your typical chamomile tea, but not in an overpowering way. The scent reminds me of being in a spa!

I am new convert to Tea with Tae. This nighttime ritual is a soothing treat I look forward to every evening. The herbal blend is both mellow and calming. Perfect way to end the day.

This tea was originally gifted to me but I love it so much to help with falling asleep that I ordered in bulk. It gives me the benefits of Valerian without the gross smell.

Delicious tea, very flavorful without any one element overpowering the others

I have a few favorites from Tra with Tae and this is one of them. I think it has a most suitable name as I love a cup before bedtime.

At first, I drank the peppermint tea during dinner. After a few hours later, I use Bedtime Bliss before I went bed. It is not working for myself because it would conflicting with my body. I drank just only Bedtime Bliss after dinner, it is working for me to sleep better.

Very pleasant tea to have in the evening. It is also well packaged. I purchased a few and the Honella is definitely a standout.

So if you want to stay awake for your hot date, don't drink this tea; it's not for you. If you want to peacefully drift to sleep, try it ! I like it so much, I just ordered a whole bunch for family and friends ... that is, unless I drink it all before the holidays arrive.

I love the Bedtime Routine tea and the hibiscus tea. The taste is awesome on both and the Bedtime tea relaxes me so I’m able to sleep soundly all night. Love it!

Nighttime Routine Tea has definitely become a nighttime routine for me. Sipping this pleasant tasting tea within a half hour of bedtime helps me fall asleep quickly. So reassuring I can rely on it.
